Nordic Grafting Company or NGC was created in 2016 as a proprietary brand of Bjørn Thorsen A/S, which enables production and commercialization of the Acti-Tech™ compatibilizer portfolio. Aiming to establish itself as a truly global source of innovative solutions, NGC products are available via Bjørn Thorsen or other distributors all over the world.
As part of Bjørn Thorsen and together with Chongqing Techxanadu Industrial Co., Ltd. (TechXanadu), NGC has launched a production and commercialization joint venture in China, Nordic Grafting & Compound Solutions Co., Ltd. (NGCS). NGCS is scoped to produce advanced specialty compounds and compatibilizers targeted at replacing non-recyclable thermoset solutions with recycled thermoplastic solutions. In doing this, NGCS leverages the expertise, capabilities and market access of its co-owners.
