Nordic Grafting Company A/S (NGC) was founded in October 2016 as a wholly-owned affiliate of Bjørn Thorsen A/S. Bjørn Thorsen has a global license agreement which enables production and commercialization of the Acti-Tech™ compatibilizer portfolio.
NGC is rapidly expanding its know-how, expertise and market reach through the development and introduction of Acti-Tech compatibilizer. The range of products has identified fit in several active projects in compounding and recycling.

Aiming to establish itself as a truly global source of innovative solutions, NGC has recently expanded its presence in the Asia-Pacific area. Together with its sister company, Customized Compound Solutions A/S (CCS), and Chongqing Techxanadu Industrial Co., Ltd. (TechXanadu), they have launched a production and commercialization joint venture in China, Nordic Grafting & Compound Solutions Co., Ltd. (NGCS). NGCS is scoped to produce advanced specialty compounds and compatibilizers targeted at replacing non-recyclable thermoset solutions with recycled thermoplastic solutions. In doing this, NGCS leverages the expertise, capabilities and market access of its co-owners.
